Windows rebooting after pre-test

My laptop is MSI GT75 titan 8rg, and after installing veracrypt and initialization system drive encryption, my computer goes to infinite windows rebooting loop.

In this time, i used newest version of veracrypt (VeraCrypt Setup 1.24-Beta5) but of course before i was trying veracrypt VeraCrypt Setup 1.23-Hotfix-2.

Do you have any idea, what can i do, to fix this problem?

Hi Mike,

That video is showing that you attempted to perform system encryption of the boot drive at the same time as when Windows was performing an update. The message "przygotowywanie aktualizacji, ukonczono XX% (preparing update, XX% completed)" only happens after a Windows update when you next reboot the computer.

I would recommend that you reboot the computer a couple more times, make sure that the Windows update has been completed and that there are no remnants of it left, and then try again.

Let me ammend my recommendation, I also highly recommend a full disk image backup before you use system encrypytion.

Hi Kurt,

Yes, in this video Windows performing update because i formated my Windows, so he download drivers and some small updates (like windows defender), but after completly update situation is the same.
I can record again video now, after few days from fresh windows installation.
