Subsequent volumes are mounting slowly

This has been an issue for many years (but was working at some point way back).
Last tried with version 1.24.

1) Create 2 or more favourite volumes using the same password and hashing algorithmn.
2) Mount those volumes by "Mount Favourite Volumes"
3) Pre-select the hashing algorithmn and click mount.
4) The first volume mounts quickly. But subsequent volumes mount significantly slower, most likely because the hashing alhorithmn is not remembered for subsequent volumes.

Since the password is automatically tried for subsequent volumes, why not also try the same hashing algorithmn that worked for the previous volume, first?
