I can’t install VС on a local machine with Windows 7 that is not connected to the Internet. The installer issues "This distribution package is damage. Please download it again preferably from the official VeraCrypt website .."
I tried it several times - the result is the same. On one machine connected to the Internet it was possible to install without problems, the same installer file transferred on a flash drive to other machines that are not connected to the network, gives an error.
I tried different versions, beta, portable - the result too.
I checked it with anti-virus, everything is clean.

I formatted the computer to disappear, but the problem is back! Well, I use Tweaking.com Registry Backup and restoring a registry backup has returned to work.
See if you have KeePass or Notepad ++ will produce errors too.

@Daniel: this problem is caused by a missing CA certificate from the machine and I have already posted a solution for it at the following link: https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/technical/thread/6da4314708/#a749

Basically, you need to install Thawte Primary Root CA certificate on the machine after downoading it from Thawte official website. I'm also attaching a zip file containing this certificate to this post (double click on it and then click "Install Certificate").

  Thank you for solving the problem.
  But not everything is as simple as it seemed.
  After installing the certificate (automatic), the VС installer again issued the same error. As it turned out, the certificate is installed by default in the "Personal" store.
  The manual installation of the certificate in the "Trusted root certificate authorities" store helped. After that, the VC installation went fine.
