While my hidden file was open, I tried to open my outer file. That seemed to corrupt my hidden file, and I can no longer open it. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

What is the OS and OS Version are you using?
What is the VeraCrypt version?
What type of VeraCrypt volume? (File container, Partition or disk?)
What Filesystem did you use when you created the outer & hidden volumes? (FAT, exFAT, NTFS)
On Windows using the VeraCrypt GUI, I get an error:
The volume you are trying to mount is already mounted.
How did you attempt to open the outer volume while the hidden volume was mounted?
If using a command, what was the command?
