HOW DO I USE VERACRYPT ?

I installed it. Created a 5GB My Volume. But Tutorial doesn't show how to put in files and get files out. Now I don't know how to get rid of that 5GB space I wasted trying to use this overly-difficult program. Unless someone knows a better Tutorial on How-To-Use-VerCrypt --- I WANT TO DELETE THAT 5GB FOLDER OR DRIVE AND UNINSTALL VERACRYPT !!
Well, you would open Veracrypt, then click on a drive letter so that it's highlighted, then in bottom right corner, select "Select File..." , then it would be assigned a drive letter, then you would write to it etc with your operating system. I'm guessing though. I haven't used encrypted containers.
