My computer will no longer turn on, and after some testing I'm pretty sure the motherboard is dead. My system drive is technically okay, but it's encrypted and I haven't made a new rescue disk since 1.20. Is there any way for me to get my data now? Can I stick it in another computer and mount it the way I'd mount a non-system drive? Or is there maybe some way to boot from it on another computer?

Yes. Install the system disk into another PC with VeraCrypt installed as a secondary disk. Then click on:
System > Mount Without Pre-Boot Authentication

Now you can access your data.

I don't know if this is possible unless the other computer hardware matches the failed PC. You probably would have to restore the bootloader from the 1.20 Rescue Disk on the other PC.
