Hi,

My first time trying out VC. Thanks to the devs for such a product!

Anyway I need to encrypt all my hard drives.

My primary one is an SSD with triple-boot - WXP, 7 and 10. Each one has its own partition. I believe I'm using the native Win7 bootloader to select the OS. There's no tiny boot partition or other hidden partitions on this drive.

I tried to select encryption of the entire drive but received a warning that it's not possible to encrypt an entire drive with multiple OSes.

Well okay. I guess I need to encrypt each partition separately. But in this case, I have questions:

1) Will this even work?
2) If yes, do I need to boot each OS and encrypt its partition from that OS or can I do all 3 from one OS?
2) Do all 3 need to have VC installed? Or running? Or what?

Or can I just try to encrypt the entire drive anyway? What happens if I do? I don't quite understand how VC decryption at/before boot works.

Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
