When cloning my setup to a larger drive, I selected GPT instead of MBR.
Unfortunately, the Acronis Clone Process must not have carried everything over 'as-is', because VeraCrypt now tells me that I lack sufficient empty space at the beginning of the drive to allow for system encryption.
Two resulting questions:
does GPT work these days with the current version of VeraCrypt (1.24 Hotfix 1, 64bit)?
how can I create empty space at the beginning of the drive? From disk management, I see only the "recovery partition" from windows as first partition. When checking with Gparted, I actually see 120mb or so 'empty' space (I assume this is GPT there?) before the recovery.
