I encrypted my system (dual-boot UEFI) with Ubuntu (LUKS) and Windows 10 (VeraCrypt). I've been considering to use a separate partition to place the same files on that I can sync with the Cloud (like a "share" partition, but it will actually be like a home partition). I've seen on the Internet that when it comes to file systems that apparently FAT32 (or NTFS) could be used for both OSes. However, I'm wondering whether thats the right way to go. I rather would use a Linux file system on one location (the "share" (home) partition) and also access this in Windows (it seems like maybe its best to leave both file systems as they are and use double the amount of space but am not sure). I'm also wondering how to use VeraCrypt in such a situation if at all possible (a good solution).
Kind Regards,
