This issue might have been covered elsewhere. But I cannot seem to find it.
I have a multi boot system with both Windows 10 and Window 7. I am contemplating using Veracrypt to encrypt the Windows 7 partition. I have a third partition for file storage. My thoughts are to set up something that will create scheduled backups of my Firefox profile and any other files located on the system drive over to the storage partition. Files that I absolutely cannot lose in the event that Veracrypt fails. An alternative was to just figure out a way to relocate the main FF profile on the storage drive and be done with it. Problem is. It would be unprotected. I usually remain logged into many accounts throughout the day due to work. So stealing the profile folder would be TERRIBLE.
I am also wondering how it would work to locate the page file on an unencrypted partition as well. I would appreciate it if someone has some advice. Thanks!

Hello Joe,
all of your patitions including the storage partition should be encrypted. The big question is, if your bootloader can survive the system encryption. I never tried this, so somebody else has to help.
More information is needed: GPT/MBR, EFI/legacy, bootloader.
