In Windows 10, go to your C drive, right click, pick "Properties", in the new window that will open, pick the tab that says "Hardware", you will see listed the drives installed in your computer, select the drive where Veracrypt is installed, click on the Properties button below, make sure the correct drive has been selected, a new window will open, pick the "Volumes" tab, and click the "Populate" button below, you will see that where it says "Partition Style" now tells you if you have an MBR or GPT partition, which one does it say?

I can not choose full encryption, what could be the reason?
