The "SetupComplete.cmd" is entirely missing from my installation. I just updated veracrypt to the latest version (1.24 update 6), re-ran the installer to repair, and it was not present at any point. Because of this, updating Windows 10 (I'm trying to update to 1909) using the ReflectMirrors method fails.

I also looked for the "C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WSUS\SetupConfig.ini" file as deailed here: https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/technical/thread/9ae9be4b80/
and I cannot even find the WSUS folder
Is it safe to just make the directory and files using the info listed in the link or will I need to have the program do it for me?
