This is my OP, https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/

I just completed a Win 10 fresh install, partially due to this error problem.

The install was completely clean. Nothing carried over from the previous. No apps, no Win 10 security related settings, alterations, or any other settings changes for that matter.

Immediately upon completion, the very first thing I did was to see if the warnings still occurred, and I'm sorry to report the same behavior was immediately present. Drag 'n drop = warning. Copy/paste, no warning.

However, I just discovered something that hopefully indicates where we go from here. I have a multiboot system. G, H,and J are "identical" (or at least I thought so)

and their mounted counterparts

Here's the thing. Regardless of whether I am operating from the fresh install (Disk 0) or the old install (Disk 1) the bad behavior only manifests itself when interacting with the mounted N:\ partition. Not to mention, Disk 2 is a solely a data disk.

What can we conclude from this?
