What i am interested can VeraCrypt hide my program in process of windows 7. For instance when i run program notepad i want it to be hiden in my process so that third party software that reads my process exe files cant detect it. Or is there any way it can encrypt my entire process in windows 7 so its unreadable by third party softwarethat reads my process exe files.

  No, VeraCrypt is a disk encryption program and does not hide other processes running on your system.
  
  Encrypting the OS drive will not prevent malware from seeing your processes since VeraCrypt is on-the-fly encryption/decryption so that applications that running on your system are oblivious to the encryption.
