A non - 2020-02-17

Two things are broke for me with this new 1.24 update 4 version under Windows 7 64 bit:

1) I can't double click to open drives from the mount window now
2) None of the links in VC 's help menu work, inclucing the homepage link on the front interface.

It seems from a previous post these issues existed in Update 2?

Can someone tell me which update version will work? Please provide a link to the Windows 7 EXE file.

Also, hope these issues get fixed in the future or a final Windows 7 version is released (as I know Windows 7 is EOL).
