With hard drives that are getting bigger and bigger, formatting a hard drive in encrypted mode can be very long, especially in USB2.
With VeraCrypt, is it possible to pause this formatting, put the system into sleep or hibernate mode and resume formatting later without damaging the partition ?
If this is not the case, it would be good to add this feature in a future release of the program.
