#5 Boost patch fails, if build directory is not src directory

I like to compile with a build directory different from the source directory:

mkdir build
cd build
../configure

This works fine for vegastrike except for the boot patch.
The attached patch fixes that.

I can do that fine with cmake, didn't try with autotools. I'll let you know.
