Um... this patch disables lots of speed limits. They're there, supposedly, because of gameplay issues.
Like cargo drag, I know it's there because, otherwise, cargo containers drift away uncontrollably and undesirably (though rather realistic, not good for gameplay).
I will have to adapt the patch to make that at least configurable. Unless you want to do it yourself and post an updated one ;-)
Anyway, did you playtest this enough to see whether removing those limits is any issue? Did you check AI behavior? Is it affected by gravity? Does it need to be adapted?
When I find the time to adapt the patch, I'll commit it, as this is a step in the right direction. But it would be nice to have those questions looked into.
