#2 Extended formatter to format VHDL keywords in uppercase

Currently the VEditor VHDL formatter has an option to format all VHDL keywords in lowercase. This is nice, but I am used to formatting them in uppercase letters. So I added an option "adjust keyword case" in the preferences page. In case I wish to adjust the case of VHDL keywords, the case is determined via the existing "format in lowercase" option. I also changed the formatter code to support this preference.
Would be nice to see the patch chacked in some time.
