Wow, I'd never actually looked at the CVS repo before. I'd just assumed it
was somehow synchronized with SVN, but I now see that it contains something
else entirely!

Well, that's Maxim's website. I believe he is alive and well in NYC, but
hasn't updated the website or posted to this list since his sudden
"disappearance" in 2007. Nice of him to keep the website hosted, though :)
