Hi Phil, I'm not totally sure what you mean. Are you asking whether there
is documentation specifically about changes made since Maxim abandoned the
project? In that case, no. For the additions I made recently, I posted some
relevant information here on this list. There were some changes made by
others a few years ago that were also discussed here. You can of course
examine the SVN change log :)

Yes, this is annoying. I guess only a project admin can change this, and
I'm not currently a project admin. Perhaps I should try to become one.

Maybe, though it's pretty straightforward to grab a copy of the source tree
via SVN (for access information follow the Code->SVN navbar item on the
project page).
