[AGG] AGG2D-2.4 port available

Please find a zip with AGG2D source ported to AGG 2.4, a binary built using 
the port, plus VS.NET 2003 libraries and project files at 
http://www.novadsp.com/agg2d/agg2d-2.4.zip

The zip file should create the following folder layout:

<path to source>/agg2d contains the AGG2D 2.4 port
<path to source>/agg2.4 *** 2.4 source code is not included. You'll need to 
have it installed. ***
<path to source>/agg2d/demo contains the solution file to build agg2.4 and 
agg2d libraries plus the demo app
<path to source>/agg2d/demo/release -> contains demo.exe and the spheres 
bitmap

I'm entirely happy to host this port pro tem (and longer). Feedback welcomed 
and I'll try and integrate any fixes that appear.
