Menus won't display properly

Starting with version 1.18.1.0 (working fine in 1.17.5.1), menus will not render correctly. Right-click context menus as well as menus from the menu bar will not draw, or draw as a single pixel line.
For example, I am using SecureCRT to forward X11, connected to a Fedora 26 server and trying to use virt-manager and am unable to access any of the menus. I've tried some Gnome applications as well that all seem to have menu issues (won't draw or draws at the wrong location or off-screen).
This issue seems to also exist in xming 7.7.0.20 (but does NOT happen in xming 6.9.0.31).
This ties in with gtk3 bug post 3.16 somewhere. See: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780101
It seems some breakage developed between gtk3 and windows based xservers sometime after gtk3 release 3.16... or is it something broken in the server code base? Notice the relevant complaint from the bugzilla:

Let me add that "-extension RANDR" added to vcxserv commandline (mentioned in link above) seems to fix the problem for me.
Thanks Kajetan, that solved the issue here.
Yes! Been trying to fix this here for many months. Thank you.
Fixed in 1.19.6.4
