#132 flickering and crash after move window between dsiplayes with key baord

when i cast a window with the win 10 short cut win+shift+left/right to another display then

a) the targeted screen starts to flicker
b) in most cases the xsever crashes after a while

hints and thoughs

• this happens mostly with maximized windows but i think i also had it with non max'ed window
• my displays are of different sizes: left WQHD , right is 4k, ie 3840*2160
• this doest not happen when moving the window with the mouse

win version:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
Installed on ?28.?09.?2020
OS build 19042.685

to test this i start gedit in an ubuntu 20.4 SWL2 instance

interestingly, while i see the same error messages when i use win+left/right this leads to no crash

Hello,

styles {
     Tk   noframe topmost
}

in system.XWinrc is not working with every win10 installation. But
nearly any.

What setting/bug in Win10 could prevent  to allow a window to be "topmost"?

BTW: any other window can cover my tk-window, not only one window that
is "topmost", too!
