A length of 234 bytes probably mean those volumes are already properly labeled. My unused volumes are actually 224 bytes in length, but 234 is pretty close. As just stated, i see all the media, some marked 'Error' state, and the media marked as error have zero length file. I think also the 'because': seems that an 'eject' on an RDX device eject the media without waiting for the 'umount' correctly terminate. > One thing to watch out for is to be sure your backup disks cannot possibly fill up. Good hint, but one step at a time. For now, i return back to my original question: how can i 'relabel' a volume inside a media managed by vchanger?!
