configure && make install-strip does not create a workable system.

For example

1. Log files are expected in /usr/local/var/log/vchanger
2. all the scripts (e.g. vchanger-launch-mount.sh) are installed into /usr/local/libexec but are hard-coded to call other scripts within /usr/libexec/vchanger
3. Configured directories like /var/spool/vchanger are now expected in /usr/local/var/spool/vchanger
