Throttle option doesn't work...

Exception to this is that you simply have to guess by clicking on Options>Speed>Throttle>150% and then on Options>Speed>Frame Skip>Automatic. That works - sometimes. Sometimes it's the other way around. And each time, even if it works, the options simply untick.

Sometimes it will work, but simply the audio goes faster and video doesn't and other weird behaviors.

Might I add that Turbo Mode should have an option for a custom speed boost, like 2x 3x 4x, or 125% 150% etc.

Just to add that this all gets even more complicated if you turn off VSync:

Setting any Throttle speed makes the game run at some random fast speed, but not as fast as Turbo.
