I am a total newbie so go easy on me.. I installed everything and so far so good. I login and click admin and i get the Vmailadmin mgr is mosconfigured. I found the vadmin_debug.php file but how do I execute it?? I have the include in my httpd.conf .. what other things might I look for??

Just type the address of that file directly into your browser, for example:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/plugins/vadmin/vadmin_debug.php
It will probably prompt you to download a file, which you should save and open - there you will see the results of the debug test.
