Vadmin is a control panel system that fits inside SquirrelMail. It comes with features that allow system administrators to create/manage user accounts and much more. It can be extended to manage many other aspects of the environment where installed.

Manage multiple domains
Multiple levels of administrators (who can be assigned to more than one domain)
Control user access to autoresponder/password change/mail forwarding
Extensible account attribute system (enables management of account quotas, SMTP/POP/IMAP/webmail access, etc.)
