I go to "Customize Domain -> Configure your login screen" and upload an image there and enter a description. If I log out and come back to this configuration page the logo is still there so it is being saved properly. However, the logo will not show up when I visit the login page. It would seem to me that something is missing from this setup, such as the URL that it's supposed to apply to. Where am I supposed to set that URL and the URL of all the domains so that when admins change that logo it applies to the correct login page?

Sorry, you should post your questions to the SquirrelMail plugins mailing list, where you'll be much more likely to get help. Perhaps it is possible that you also had the Virtual Host Login (vlogin) plugin installed and there was a conflict? Either way, if you are willing to try Vadmin 3.0, check out the code from CVS, where there have been some updates and fixes to the code that displays login images. Note that upgrading to v3.0 will mean that you have to walk through all your configuration again (along with many new config settings).
