You might explain why you don't want drivers/net in the config.

You might expect that it was done on purpose and it's not going to be thrown
out just because you say so.

Also, if you're going to make a patch to delete something, you might as well
submit a patch that actually deletes it, instead of wimping out and commenting
it out.
