Hi, After the user mode linux kernel panics, I boot UML again and am told the root filesystem is locked by PID xxxxxx. When I do a 'ps aux | grep linux', I find a lot of kernel threads and processes running. Sometimes I can kill all of them with 'kill' or 'killall'. But most of the times, they just persists, possibly because the signal is blocked. As a result, I have to reboot my machine in order start UML again. Is there any easy method to unlock the root file? Thanks a lot. -- Bin |
