[uml-devel] Kernel panic: Kernel mode fault at addr 0x8, ip 0xa004d3b9

my UML keep on having kernel panic during medium load of apache. it
happens on 2.4.20-6 as well as the latest patch to 2.4.21. host kernel is
redhat's 2.4.20-13.7

since i am not familiar with kernel hacking myself pls let me know how can
i provide further info to trace out the problem?
