[uml-user] How to get CFLAGS

Hello,

I am debuging a kernel module. It's compiled off-tree. And it breaks
with every other release of user-mode-linux, because some compiler flags
change. Is there any sane way to get appropriate CFLAGS setting? (Insane
way is to cut-and-paste them from umlinux make log).
