check your "return to" option in Settings>Loader settings.
Set it to an existing channel.
Prefer using Forwarder channel (Title ID UNEO) instead of the full Channel 3.0 (old, buggy and not working with Gamecube backups).

    Thanks  :D
    Problem is solve now.
I set it to USB loader Gx so its return to USB loader gx.

There were 3 options in return to. USB loader gx,HBC Backup and homebrew channel.
What is forward channel ?  I am i missing any installation ?

    HBC
    USBLoaderGX
    etc.

USBLoaderGX exists in two forms :
    1. Full channel: Contains the loader itself, installed on wii memory.
    2. A Forwarder: Contains a little program installed on Wii memory which reload another program installed on SD or USB (the Loader). It's forwarding the launch request somewhere else, it's easier to update the loader by replacing boot.dol on SD card than installing a new channel after each update.

    Status: Done
