Open dataset of electric reliability by US state and year, 2013-2025. Includes customer-weighted SAIDI and SAIFI (with and without major event days) built from EIA Form 861, DOE-417 grid disturbance counts, utility-level inputs, a validation table against EIA state totals, documentation and a small Python script that summarizes the data.
