Greetings; >Which services package do you recommend installing with Unreal3.0 ? We're using the Wrecked.Net services here on irc.spamnet.org with Unreal3.0 and its been great. Using it on 3.1 though isn't so good as I tried it last night. Thigns seemed to work except that instead of /notice messages to the users it /msg messages to them and I couldn't find a toggle for that. You can find their services at: ftp://ftp.wrecked.net 73 de Brian N1URO Internic: BR7503 UROWeb http://www.n1uro.net CT TCPIP Coordinator 44.88/18 Distribution and support site of MFNOS ftp://ftp.n1uro.com/public/nos/mfnos web: http://www.n1uro.com ftp: ftp.n1uro.com Member of the Executive Guild's "Who's Who" for online services and network technologies since 11/1999 Founder: irc.spamnet.org 6667-7000 >>eof |

Hi, I installed Unreal3.1 but it has many major Bugs. It OFTEN crashes unexpectly on [15:31:38] -irc.xiun.com- *** Global -- from irc.primusnetz.com: AIEEE!!! Server Terminating: Segmention fault (buf: :Revulation PRIVMSG #devilz :LOLOLOLOL) or DCC Chats, DCC sends.... Too many times it crashes, so I used another ircd. BotMotd does not work... VERY Strange errors in SJOIN.... SYNC does not work correctly, so it shows "You are not on that channel or channel may be desynched" every time I do mode / topic changes. But I am on this channel... We all run Unreal3.1(final). Some serious problems in Motd, if I turn "Skip Motd on connect" on, it cannot skip it so it shows it again, i don't have this problem on unreal3.0 or other ircd. cu, Dan |

That's usually just a warning and you can ignore it. Does the ircd actually boot up after you receive that message?
