Hi,

I have an Unreal3 IRCd server for windows and i was told that the Daylight
services work great with it... The problem is all links to the Daylight
services are Dead... Please Help :)

Okay, let me start by saying, It does appear that I have the server up
and running
correctly...( I can log into it and chat..hehe)... 

What I'm wondering about is if there is any way to make permanant
password protected
rooms (erm..+k <key>), ...I think I saw this referred to as "registered"
rooms, and


I also noticed "registered users"  thrown around in a few places... As
this server
is intended to kinda be a private server (so to speak, it's public, but
doesn't
connect to any of the big irc networks) I'd like to be able to password
protect
certain nicks, and also create perm channels.... ....(hopefully I
haven't rambled
to much.)

What other software/configurations do I need to be able to pull off this
type of 
behaivor?

until it dies. This should be patch for Unreal3.2

I've a problem with your Unreal Ircd. If I want to start the program there
is an error "Couldn't load networks/unrealircd.conf" but the unrealircd.conf
is into this directory. What can I do?

hello my name is Jesse and i' just started using UnrealIRCD.
everything worked well, however.. i can't figure out one thing.
it would say 
(%) Status: JesseC is a Network Administrator on Snake.Net
(%) Given Host - 

everything was fine except Given Host - ...
there was nothing after that. 
Is there a way i can set it to say like 
Given Host - JesseC is a Root Administrator on Snake.Net
or something ?

Hello I am new to irc I have only been using it for about 1 month I am
part of an online family. The man that owns the server wnats to make me
a ircop and he told me to go read up on commands and stuff and what they
are. I found one text on commands for irc but that is it I was
woundering if you could send me commands since he runs unreal3.1.1 and I
thought you could help. I know kind of what g-line o-line and some other
things are but not that great if you could help that would be great,

puedo ,pues entro yo y las veces que quiera con diferentes mirc y los =
bot tambien pero no pueden entrar la gente les da conexion foul,
pienso si srea por tener adsl pues tengo la ip fija.

hey ther i would just like to say i like the program unreal 3.1
and that but its always crashing wen i relogin to it i know
darkshades is more stable why not make that into a windows version not all
of us  can run the other version thats just me
i will always use this program  unless it keeps crashing like it
dose we have over 22 link servers and i would hate to see this program stop
being populer like it is  if  you get a chance pl's

Hi,
I am trying to put up my server and when I do ./killircd and then i do
/ircd it gives me this error:
the thing is that it is the second time that it done it. the first time
i stoped trying to reload it and then tried a few hours later and then
it worked. what do you think is the problem?
