With unixtop (3.8beta1) in interactive mode, if a space character is put before a
nice value, the typed value is ignored and a value of 0 is used instead.
renice 9 12345
...works ok, but:
renice <sp>9 12345
...results in the process 12345 having a nice value of 0, instead of 9.
The attached diff passes over space characters and is a possible fix to the problem.

The renice_procs() function will now behave like the kill_procs()
function. Where you can probably guess the code was copied from ;)
I have only tested this on 3.8beta1 on OpenBSD.
