#13 Clicking on Intake Code doesnt go 1st try in Fee Structure

In Fee Structure Setup Module:
If I already selected 0601 intake previously, the
Intake Code field is defaulted to 0601 and doesn't
display Fee Structure for 0601 intake until I select
another intake code and select 0601 again after
that.

I created Fee Structure for program BBA(SCU) intake 0512
and copy it to intake 0601. Then, I proceed to other part
of the system. When I access back Fee Structure program BBA
(SCU), the selection for intake is defaulted to 0512. My
problem is I cannot view fee structure for intake 0512,
unless I first select another intake code and then select
back 0512 intake code.
