Yes it does. I use Unicon on ARM/RPi both armhf and arm64. I do build deb packages on Ubuntu's launchpad for ppc64el s390x. Unicon uses autoconf for build configuration, if you have that along with a C compiler like gcc or clang then it should work on most platforms. If it doesn't work for you on a given platform then please report back and we can make it work. If you have any questions about the configuration or build please let me know.
