#222 ui -- compilation of a file creates extraneous file

Compiling an .icn file within ui, results in Linux Fedora 24 (and earlier) a file labeled '&1' (including single quotes) in the current directory.

system() was not emulating redirection syntax well enough, it appears to be a bit better now.
