I've noticed that UMPlayer is capable of opening and playing .gif files with no problems. However, it doesn't appear on the list of "supported file types" and thus it so far from my attempts seems impossible to set as the default program for .gif files. Would you be so kind as to consider adding it to the supported formats list in the future?
