I find that the camera sometimes makes it difficult to
jump for the disc or move.
Generally when the defender being controlled is too
close the disc, the camera is flying around wildly and
makes it impossible to control the player.
Some possible alternatives that might help would be
a camera that is always parallel to the sidelines and a
few yards behind the defender being controlled.
a camera that is always looking at the back of the
defender being controlled, a few yards behind him (
this would greatly improve the use of the relative
control mode)

When strafing in one direction, and speed is built up,
switching to strafing in the other direction does not work

The sprinting system is great! Perhaps jumping and
laying out should be part of the endurance meter as well.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions.
The camera is definitely an issue. For what it's worth,
there are a few hidden ways to change up the camera
settings...if you press the F9/F10/F11 keys that will switch
between 3 camera modes on defense. Unfortunately it doesn't
actually switch as soon as you press the button, so you'll
have to press it and wait until a possession change before
it goes into effect. The differences are pretty subtle, but
one of the modes is similar to the second alternative you
describe.
Another little hidden camera setting is to press the C
button which toggles floating camera mode. You can move the
camera around with the ijkl and arrow keys. This is all
unsupported, so apologies if it doesn't work so well.
Agreed about the endurance meter. I'll check out the
strafing issue too.
Thanks again for the feedback.
