It is possible to backport it from UQE Hexen 2?
Overbright lightning present in software rendered hexen2 in opengl version lightness look more flat.

I know their QuakeSpasm GLQuake port does fullbrights and overbrights properly like software mode, but I'm not sure about Hammer. Does Hammer of Thyrion in GL mode handle fullbrights/overbrights like QuakeSpasm?
