I've installed UCCASS in my computer without any
problem. I've created a survey with default template
and i can see it in my computer (localhost) but when i
try to see it from another computer in the intranet,
content appears but it does not show the background nor
seems to load de CSS.

Can you view the HTML of the page on each computer and see
if it's generated the same? If both browsers load the same
HTML and point to the same CSS file, then it's a
browser/network issue and not related to UCCASS.
