Hello,
I am not a SUSE user , but I suggest you use YAST to install Tux Paint.
All you have to do is just searching "Tux Paint" in YAST,and then confirm to
install (use your admin).It is autoinstall.
And of course you could download Tux Paint through this link:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.1/inst-source/suse/i586/tuxpaint-0.9.15b-14.i586.rpm
then run the console, type the code "rpm -Uvh tuxpaint-0.9.15b-14.i586.rpm"
in your console.
