Please, define 3D, do you mean tuxpaint being able to draw prints for a
3D printer? then I don't see it in a near future.
For another 3D meaning there is Emboss that makes things appear in
relief.

Currently there are 20 undo's available, just changing to 200 and
recompiling should make tuxpaint eat 10x more memory(20x10=200)
I am sure that new computers that come with plenty of ram will go fine
with this change but I supose too that there are still old computers
running tuxpaint that will not hold the extra amount of memory usage.

This is something that would be nice :)
Making a color by adding/removing primary colors looks as an obvious
improvement to tuxpaint.
