Yes, go ahead and remove these ifdefs; we can always retrieve them from CVS
if we need to take another stab at 10.2.8 support in the future. At this
point, building for 10.2.8 from a Leopard (10.5) machine is probably not
feasible (I don't think the 10.5 development tools even include a 10.2.8
SDK); the most reasonable way to get a 10.2.8 build going is to actually
build Tux Paint on a 10.2.8 machine.
