'tjustleft', the latest version of Tux Paint has been changed such that stamps are now broken into their categories. If you look at the bottom of the collection of stamps (the buttons on the right of the drawing canvas), just below the purple scroll-down-arrow, you should see a pair of buttons that look like left and right arrows (kind of like "<=" and "=>"). Those allow you to cycle through the stamps. This makes it easier to find the stamp you want, without having to scroll down through literally hundreds of stamps at a time. If you've already seen those buttons and tried them, and they don't work, then we DO have a problem!
